📄 Shipping Information

🇩🇪 Shipping within Germany

We ship your order reliably and quickly within Germany.

  • Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days

  • Shipping costs: displayed at checkout

  • Shipping provider: Deutsche Post

All prices in the shop include German VAT (19%).
There are no additional fees.

🇪🇺 Shipping to EU Countries

We deliver to many countries within the European Union.

  • Delivery time: approx. 3–7 business days, depending on the destination

  • Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

  • Shipping provider: DHL International

There are no customs duties for deliveries within the EU.
German VAT (19%) is included in the price.
Note: Some countries may charge local fees (e.g. environmental charges), which are beyond our control.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland

Orders shipped to Switzerland are sent net of German VAT (without 19% VAT).
Please note that additional charges may apply upon import:

  • Swiss import VAT (7.7%) on the total value (goods + shipping)

  • Handling fees by the shipping provider (DHL)

  • Customs duties, depending on the product category (e.g. textiles)

These fees are collected directly by the shipping provider upon delivery and must be paid by the buyer.
We have no control over these charges.

Example:
For an order worth CHF 268 + CHF 16 shipping, approx. CHF 40 in import charges may apply.

🇺🇳 Worldwide Shipping

We also offer international shipping outside the EU and Switzerland — for example, to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Asia, and more.

  • Express shipping (upon request or if available): 3–7 business days

  • Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on destination and weight.

🚚 Shipping Providers

  • International orders are usually shipped via DHL International, Deutsche Post, or similar services, depending on availability and destination.

🧾 Customs & Taxes

  • For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply.

  • These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the buyer upon import.

  • We ship internationally without German VAT (net prices).
